- Supports the vehicle registration/ deregistration process in all government institution;
- Compilation, administration, and submission of documents to insurance companies;
- Carrying out activities related to the settlement of claims under insurance contracts;
- Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and concerns in a professional and friendly manner;
- Manage rental agreements, including processing paperwork and payments accurately;
- Coordinate vehicle pick-up and drop-off schedules efficiently;
- Collaborate with the rental team to provide exceptional service and resolve any issues promptly;
- Maintaining up-to-date information and database in specialized software.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Required experience in vehicle registration;
- Experience in the field of insurance or document administration;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively;
- Proficient in basic computer applications such as MS Office;
- Category B driving license.
