What we want you to have

• Experience in project management: 0-3 years¸ ideally in projects with impact in commerce;
• Experience in the digital transformation landscape;
• English language: advanced level;
• Google Workplace package: good knowledge will be considered an advantage;
• Experience in retail: it will be considered an advantage;
• French language: it will be considered an advantage.

What you will do

Scope Management

• You will coordinate, monitor and implement the digital transformation projects for the business in close collaboration with IT department;
• You will participate in defining the purpose and the objectives of the business projects, involving relevant stakeholders in discussions;
• You will create diagrams and process maps to document the needs of the project;
• You will write and update the project documentation;
• You will work on the change management process, together with the business teams;

Quality Management

• You will make proposals to improve the working mode in order to increase the chances of achieving the proposed objectives;
• You will define KPIs together with the project team and will follow the evolution of the project implementation and the results obtained after implementation;
• You will monitor the progress achieved towards the proposed objectives and draw up regular reports;
• You will ensure a coherent operational flow of projects according to the company's strategy;

Risk management

• You will perform risk register management in order to mitigate the impact in the project;
• People management
• You will work with transverse teams within the company;
• You will create and maintain a good collaboration with the departments involved in the projects (finance, IT, marketing, supply chain, purchasing department, HR, expansion, stores);
• You will manage the relationship with external partners or suppliers.
