Essential skills and qualifications:
Completed higher education;
Excellent MS Office Excel skills;
1–2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst or Sales Analyst;
The ability to interpret data;
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Availability to work full-time is mandatory.

Monitor performance indicators;
Interpret and present data;
Create forecasts and human resource requirements based on stream volumes;
Create, update, and automate reports;
Collaborate with the project team to provide the information needed for decision-making;
Work with the project team to improve the workflow;
Perform ad hoc analyses to investigate various problems or potential challenges in the workflow;
Identify risks.
