Candidatul Ideal
- Min. 7 years of relevant experience in automotive manufacturing;
- Min. 3 year of relevant experience in the field of airbag cushion manufacturing;
- University degree in engineering, robotics, computer science, physics or similar;
- Having deep process understanding on manufacturing process for airbag cushion, including cushion sewing, cushion folding, silicone gluing;
- Comfortable with functioning in a global matrix operating environment;
- Multi-cultural and/or global experience;
- Business fluent in English, any other language is a plus (especially Chinese, Spanish, Japanese, German, Romanian, Portuguese);
- Location: Sibiu, with regular business travel to oversees (regularly within Europe, appr. 3-4 overseas trips p.a.).

- Definition of: Process Standards, Key Technologies, Manufacturing / Equipment Concepts and Standards, Future Manufacturing Concepts;
- Collect and analyze existing practices;
- Discuss, define and document global process and equipment standards (UPS CP, UPS LC, Standard P-FMEA);
- Ensure adherence to process standards through Manufacturing Concept Approval and Deviation Request Approval;
- Drive implementation and continuous improvement of standards together with the regions/plants;
- Process development for new products (in parallel to product development), including drive design for manufacturing;
- Identification of potential new technologies for use in airbag cushion manufacturing processes;
- Foster information exchange, best practice sharing and manufacturing process/ equipment standardization among production plants;
- Regularly update UPS based on lessons learned (LL, QN, HD);
- Coordinate and communicate globally.
