Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in project coordination for at least 5 years, preferably within the EPC industry.
Experience in developing cost estimates and project budgets.
Experience in developing cost reports and project budgets.
Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
Experience with EPC contract management is a plus.
Ability and willingness to travel abroad to visit project sites as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
• Help define project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Plan and Implement Projects.
• Preparing and finalizing subcontract agreements.
• Lead Meetings and set expectations for the project team.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of the project.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and organize proper allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the Client and relevant stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Use and continually develop leadership skills.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports according to established policy.

Objectives of the role:

• Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction and motivation.
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
