Customer Service Professional with German

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and promptly;
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers (including external suppliers) in a timely manner;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting a positive approach to customer service;
  • Provide quick responses to customer inquiries and complaints, recognizing key clients and understanding the nature of their business;
  • Actively monitor backlog orders and ensure timely deliveries;
  • Proactively support customers to achieve high levels of satisfaction and service quality;
  • Monitor customer accounts and credit limits to prevent issues during the order-to-cash process;
  • Communicate clearly and cheerfully (via email and phone) with customers, suppliers, and colleagues;
  • Coordinate customer requests/complaints with relevant stakeholders;
  • Set up and maintain customer, product, and supplier master data, as well as pricing information;
  • Provide additional information to customers upon request;
  • Manage and monitor bonus agreements, including arranging payments when applicable;
  • Participate in and support internal projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Economics or similar;
  • Experience in similar position / BPO industry;
  • Advanced English and German language skills;
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.);
  • Experience in working with SAP and/or CRM tools represent an advantage;
  • Independent and responsible way of working;
  • Good communication skills and team spirit;
  • Innovative mindset;
  • Fact-driven and strong analytical skills;
  • High ambition and customer orientation in the B2B area.
