You support our team as

Indoor Sales Professional with German

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively follow the market-to-order process (qualify leads, create customer account (if applicable) Opportunities and Quotes with CRM on time;
  • Follow UP (by phone or email) on issued quotes and constantly coordinate with the account managers according to our internal guidelines;
  • Work to build solid relationships with our customers. Encourage and maintain a positive approach to customer service and Inside Sales;
  • Provide a fast response to customer queries and complaints. Be able to recognize major clients and understand the nature of their business;
  • Proactive customer support (incl. Complete pre-sales support for assigned c-customers) and support of the account managers and proactive quote handling to achieve high-level customer satisfaction;
  • Demonstrate a bright, cheerful, and helpful telephone and email manner with customers, suppliers, and colleagues;
  • Make the coordination between customer requests and the different stakeholders;
  • Setup and maintain customer master data, product master data, supplier master data, customer and supplier pricing;
  • Maintain customer portals;
  • New customer acquisition;
  • Support and participate in internal projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in Economics or similar;
  • Experience in similar position / BPO industry;
  • Advanced English and German language skills;
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.);
  • Experience in working with SAP and/or CRM tools represents an advantage;
  • Independent and responsible way of working;
  • Good communication skills and team spirit;
  • Innovative mindset;
  • Fact-driven and strong analytical skills;
  • High ambition and customer orientation in the B2B area.
