BARISTA

We know that great coffee starts with a great farm and ends with a great barista and it has been our nature to nurture and grow baristas since the very beginning.
As a part of our team, you`ll build a full hospitality skillset, exploring taste from coffee sensory skills to creative mixology mastery.

You’ll learn & practice in our two coffee shops, working with at least 3 different coffee origins each day:

Origo Lipscani9, the flagship of the specialty coffee community, serving a menu that offers the best in specialty coffee by day, and the most creative, flavorsome cocktails by night;
Origo Dorobanti, our newest coffee shop, offering a unique concept and a signature menu of rare coffees, specialty tea, natural wines and cocktails.

Coffee & mixology science

From coffee orientation & guidance to upskilling, we will work together to
master the heights in specialty coffee and taste.

Beyond the training plan, your career is built on making a habit out of
researching and discovering new information about coffee. Not only you
relentlessly search to expand your knowledge, but you feel that your
passion for coffee is contagious.


Your knowledge, character and abilities

Education: High School diploma, GED or equivalent is preferred
Language: conversational English
Professional skills: beginner in mixology and coffee or full skillset,
Character: open, social, educated, aspirational, self-aware
