     Good English and Spanish skills
     Detail oriented
     Communication and negotiation skills
     Available to work afternoon and night shifts
     Work experience in customer support will be considered an advantage but it's not mandatory as we provide necessary training

    Schedule: Monday- Friday

    Responsabilitati

     Help the customers: provide client support via phone and e-mail
     Promote and sell company products
     Provide support, including procedural documentation;
     Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs;
     Prioritize and manage cases;
     Establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals.

    Schedule: Monday- Friday
