- Completed higher education in sales, marketing, advertising, and/or economics.
- Advanced practical knowledge of MS Office Excel, MS Office Word, PowerPoint, MANDATORY.
- Advanced English language knowledge MANDATORY.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position is an advantage.
- Good time management and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, with tight deadlines to solve various situations that arise.
- Good analysis and reporting skills in the Real Estate field MANDATORY.
- Knowledge of sales, marketing and communication techniques MANDATORY.

What will you do?

- Actively participate in defining and implementing the sales and rental strategies of the Group's companies' assets, existing or planned
- Improve procedures regarding sales and rentals, suggest improvements in contracting
- Analyze the customer base, the product or service offered, the market, competitors and industry trends and forecast sales and rentals.
- Attract new customers by researching and identifying sales and rental opportunities
- Research and identify purchase opportunities and prepare objective and solid market analysis
- Actively prepare sales and rentals for the Group’s companies
- Develop a sales/rental plan and set sales/rental, revenue and market share objectives (monthly, quarterly or annual).
- Monitor sales/rental performance through key performance indicators and establish a series of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Regularly report sales/rentals, analyze risks, make recommendations and provide effective solutions to enable prompt intervention if activity falls below expectations: for example, by adjusting pricing policies, increasing the marketing budget, launching promotions, approaching new sales techniques.
- Prepare reports for top management, corroborating results with facts
- Prepare and provide information to shareholders regarding sales, marketing and advertising strategies, provide them with expert support in making business decisions
- Propose and implement adequate agreed measures, measure and control results
- Review actual performance compared to budgeted performance
- Contribute to the search for efficiency in portfolio processes to improve working practices and stakeholder experience.
- Perform additional analyses of data, presentations, business cases according to top management requirements
