Industrial Engineer

Requirements:

• Higher education with a technical profile;
• Experience on a similar position is required;
• Knowledge of English language – medium level;
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Good knowledge of SAP;
• Communication, organization and problem management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Improves the work instruction so that the operator carries out the activity in optimal conditions and produces parts at the required quality;
• Informs the production area responsible about the preparation / modification of the work instructions;
• Improves process flow diagrams;
• Determines the process times and the consumption of materials in the process and proposes measures to reduce the production costs related to times and materials and collaborates with the capacity and materials responsible;
• Prepares / modifies the SAP database (BOM and Routing);
• Organizes and participates in the realization of Run@Rate for the areas he/she is responsible for, at the request of the Projects and Process Optimization departments;
• Proposes measures to improve cycle times (of machines and/or operators);
• Evaluates the process/product changes for which he/she is requested;
• Participates in the FMEA / Control Plan updates to which he/she is requested;
• Participates in SFM.
