Deal Intelligence Executive

• Business acumen: Must have good experience of working in a business environment and strong work ethic
• Organisation: Must be highly organised and me able to multitask
• Relationship Building: Must be personable and able to build strong relationships with vendors, sales, senior management and occasionally clients
• Effective Communication: Needs excellent English communication skills
• Experience of using the Microsoft Office Programs (especially Excel)

• Listen to and interpret opportunity requirements, build knowledge of vendor discount structures leveraging support where needed including successfully managing and overcoming vendor objections and helping secure the required pricing
• Partner with our parent organisation SSC to provide pricing based on information provided through the company CRM platform
• Develop relationships with appropriate vendor Account Managers up to and including Partner Business Managers
• Working with members of the wider Sales Teams and Business Units for updates that may impact our pricing strategy
• Use available tools to ensure that all commercials are maximized at the initial point of submission to minimize time between submission and order placement
• Provide updates to Account Managers, SMEs and DI Team Lead on the status of bids/Deal registrations
• Ensuring SME tags are correctly applied at deal-level in our ERP Platform
