You support our team as
Sustainability & Process Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage CSR related requirements and documentation, while assisting Corporate Functions in completing questionnaires to obtain CSR ratings;
- Analyze CSR requirements for filling out CSR rating questionnaires and support in gap analyses;
- Support Corporate Functions with the aggregation and creation of CSR documentation;
- Support the preparation of the annual sustainability report;
- Establish and maintain a database for the documentation/evidence required to answer CSR related questionnaires.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical, natural science or IT field;
- Good understanding of CSR & GRI norms and requirements in SCM, HR, HSE, and GRC;
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including the ability to create and interpret graphs;
- Strong communication skills in English;
- Diligent approach to work, with a high level of precision;
- Excelent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Enjoy teamwork, open minded personallity;
- Strong customer orientation and eagerness to find sustainable solutions.
