FINANCIAL / BUSINESS CONTROLLER

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial controlling, business controlling, or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards and local financial regulations.
• Experience working in an international corporate structure is an advantage.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (working with large datasets, pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis).
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools; experience with BI tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (daily communication with the Group's headquarters).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced international environment.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with Group standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial data to the central consolidation team.
• Participate in consolidation processes and reconcile intercompany balances.
• Provide in-depth financial analyses and justifications for group reporting requirements.
• Support due diligence processes, internal audits, and other group-related financial activities.

• Oversee and coordinate the monthly and annual financial closing process.
• Work closely with the accounting team and external auditors to ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
