Candidatul Ideal
- Proven experience as a Facility Manager, Maintenance Manager, or in a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance, electrical systems, ventilation, and security systems (ability to read and work with DWG files).
- Ability to perform hands-on repair tasks.
- Experience in managing construction projects and analyzing contractor estimates.
- Knowledge of fire safety, occupational health regulations, and Romanian laws regarding space management.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong initiative and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English; Russian/Ukrainian language skills are a plus.

1. Facility Maintenance & Repairs:
- Oversee the maintenance of the office and live casino studios (2,000 sqm+).
- Perform general repair work, including drilling, wall repairs, and minor construction tasks.
- Ensure all office technical equipment, HVAC systems, and electrical systems function properly.
- Coordinate and manage maintenance schedules for all facility systems.
- Analyze construction estimates and provide feedback on pricing.
- Identify the most cost-effective and reliable contractors.
- Supervise external contractors working on office and studio construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with project budgets and timelines.
- Manage and ensure copliance with fire safety and occupational health procedures.
- Conduct regular safety training for employees.
- Ensure that workplace safety measures comply with Romanian labor and fire safety regulations.
- Conduct safety audits and prepare for inspections.
- Monitor the local market for suppliers and service providers.
- Evaluate new opportunities for cost optimization in maintenance and construction services.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and ensure service level agreements are met.
