We are looking for a dynamic and experienced SEO Team Lead to drive our search engine optimization efforts. The successful candidate will manage a team of SEO professionals, implement best practices, and develop strategies to enhance website visibility and organic traffic. This role demands a strong technical SEO background, analytical skills, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Team Lead, SEO Manager, or a similar role.

  • Expertise in SEO tools

  • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and latest SEO trends.

  • Hands-on experience with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.

  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple SEO projects efficiently.

  • Experience working across various industries is a plus.
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.

  • Google Analytics or SEO certifications are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the execution of SEO strategies to enhance search rankings and organic traffic.

  • Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, ensuring successful project execution.

  • Perform in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trends assessment.

  • Monitor website analytics and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.

  • Optimize on-page elements, including metadata, content, internal linking, and site architecture.

  • Manage off-page SEO initiatives, including link-building campaigns and outreach strategies.

  • Stay current with search engine algorithms, SEO best practices, and industry trends.

  • Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to align SEO efforts with business goals.

  • Provide detailed reports on SEO performance, insights, and actionable recommendations.

  • Identify and troubleshoot technical SEO issues for continuous website improvements.
