Your main responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the product recall team;
- Manage internal documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping of recall activities;
- Monitor responses to recall notifications and ensure timely follow-up with relevant parties;
- Assist in the design and continuous improvement of recall processes, ensuring they are efficient, streamlined, and compliant with industry standards;
- Collaborate with the team to provide updates and resolve any issues related to recalls or field actions.
Therefore, a successful candidate would have:
- University degree;
- Excellent communication skills in English (German desirable);
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
- ERP Systems knowledge (preferably SAP);
- Previous experience of 2-3 years in an administrative, back-office, or support role, preferably within a quality assurance or product recall environment;
- Familiarity with product recall processes and aftersales operations is a plus;
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills;
- A great team, supporting newcomers to adapt fast and to achieve professional excellence very quickly;
