• IT Service Management, Windows Server (Active Directory)
• Installation and configuration of Microsoft operating systems, Cloud platforms, Microsoft 365
• Installation, configuration, and administration of Cisco network equipment (mandatory switch/wireless configuration)
• Installation, configuration, and administration of Fortinet (router)
• Database administration (query, compact and repair, backup, upgrade, update)
• Virtualization platforms (VmWare)
• Antivirus configuration
• Installation, configuration and administration of storage (Netapp)
• Structured cabling and physical infrastructure (preparing new locations/extensions)
• ERP systems (basic knowledge)

• Higher education in IT
• Previous experience in IT management – an advantage
• Previous experience in interconnected IT structures
• Experience in implementing ISO 27001 – an advantage

• Good organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills for activities and projects
• Ability to manage complex and difficult situations, as well as multiple projects simultaneously

• Daily operational IT activities and ensuring the achievement of technical objectives
• Ensuring the integration of applications with other systems (ERP, CRM, databases)
• Managing business requirements and aligning IT solutions with company objectives
• Continuous optimization of processes using the latest technologies
• Ensuring specific procedures in the field of information security, access to information, data transmission, internet access, data protection (GDPR), etc.
• Coordinating the procurement activities and maintaining proper management of IT products
• Ensuring the interface with service providers during warranty and post-warranty periods, repairs, testing, and commissioning of IT equipment
• Supervising maintenance activities provided by external companies for the hardware and software components of the IT system
• Maintaining and developing the Cisco network
• Support in Windows Server administration
• Support in Active Directory administration
• Advanced helpdesk
• Support for the IT team in ensuring the functionality of internal applications
• Support/ administration of Firewall and security
• Translating global IT policies into local plans
