Desired Skills & Experience:
- Graduate of Technical Faculty-compulsory;
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer, with hands-on expertise in Cisco equipment;
- Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, etc.);
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, WhatsUP Gold, etc.);
- Experience with remote control tools and mobile technologies (Android, Apple);
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network infrastructure and IT systems;
- Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, server rooms, and cabling;
- Ability to work independently and within a team;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Category B driving license;
- Availability for shift work (3 shifts), overtime, and weekends;
- Fluent English skills (mandatory).

- Ensure continuous operation of Data and Voice Communications to support plant activities;
- Configure and manage Cisco routers, switches, firewalls and wireless infrastructure;
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and support Cisco-based network and telephony systems for business operations;
- Support other IT teams in resolving network-related incidents efficiently;
- Implement new projects, network expansions (LAN) and configurations per FO standards;
- Perform hardware/software upgrades on Cisco network and telephony equipment;
- Monitor and maintain WAN and Internet connections for optimal performance;
- Record and track network/telephony equipment, ensuring compliance with company standards;
- Respond proactively to alerts, ensuring efficient incident resolution;
- Support process improvements and optimize team efficiency through key technologies;
- Ensure adherence to legal, company policies and IT security standards;
- Supervise IT-related events, actions, and statistical reporting;
- Monitor and implement necessary changes to processes as required;
