- Payroll & Compensation Management – Handle payroll processing, taxes, and benefits administration with accuracy.
- HR Compliance & Documentation – Ensure all employee records, contracts, and policies are up-to-date and compliant with labor laws.
- HR Systems & Optimization – Streamline administrative workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Employee Support – Act as the go-to person for HR-related inquiries regarding salaries, benefits, and policies.
- Data & Reporting – Prepare payroll reports, workforce analytics, and insights for leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in HR administration & payroll.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, tax regulations, and payroll systems (Saga, Revisal, or similar)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
