Your key responsibilities:
- Handles incoming calls from clients and potential customers
- Greets visitors, answers questions and directs them to the ︁appropriate individuals
- Taking messages when required
- Receives and distributes correspondence and parcels
- Keep record of parking spots available for managers and visitors
- Performs additional clerical tasks (conference room booking, invoices checking)
