Toddler Educator (1-3 years)

​As Toddler Educator you will be responsible for providing a stimulating and safe educational environment for children aged 1 to 3 years.


What do you need?

• Passion for early childhood education and a strong commitment to holistic child development.
• Previous experience working with young children.
• Bachelor’s degree / Master’s in educational sciences and/or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to create a structured and organized learning environment, yet flexible to meet individual children's needs.
• Ability to reflect with the aim of improving the quality of work, relationships and created environment.
• Ability to work in a team.
• English fluent.

What are your key responsibilities?

• Implementation of Agreed Methodology:
• Create a prepared environment that is attractive and age-appropriate, facilitating exploration and independent learning.
• Organize and present educational materials in a manner that encourages the development of fine and gross motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and conceptual understanding.
• Observe each child to understand their unique needs and interests, adapting activities to meet these needs.
• Support and Development of Emotional and Social Skills:
• Promote a safe and loving environment where children feel encouraged and respected.
• Facilitate positive interactions among children, teaching them about respect, empathy, and collaboration.
• Manage conflicts in a calm and constructive manner, using the right techniques to guide children towards peaceful solutions.
• Communication and Collaboration with Parents:
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing regular feedback on their child's progress and development.
• Organize periodic meetings and conferences to discuss each child's goals and achievements.
• Engage parents in school activities and events to create a supportive community.
• Continuous Professional Improvement:
• Participate in ongoing training and workshops to stay updated with best practices in education and early childhood development.
• Reflect on personal practices and collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and effective strategies.
