As an Automation Specialist, you will be the technical expert responsible for providing consultancy and support to our clients and sales team. You will play a key role in optimizing automation systems and implementing innovative solutions that meet our customers’ evolving needs.

You are a solution-oriented professional with a proactive approach to problem-solving. You have a strong technical background in automation and a passion for delivering high-quality support. You communicate effectively, build lasting relationships, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

• Technical degree in Industrial Automation or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation systems and SCADA implementation or operation.
• Strong expertise in PLC programming (IEC61131) and commissioning of automation systems.
• Practical knowledge of communication protocols such as Modbus, EtherCAT, and Profinet.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems and Ethernet network structures, including cybersecurity aspects.
• Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
• Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.

• Provide technical support and consultancy for industrial automation solutions, including products and systems from our comprehensive portfolio.
• Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues to develop prompt and effective solutions.
• Improve existing applications and develop new ones based on customer requirements and technological advancements.
• Organize and conduct technical training sessions as needed to support project implementation.
• Collaborate with national and global teams in marketing, product management, and sales to ensure seamless project execution.
• Report activities and project progress through the company’s IT systems.
