Your Mission:

As a Sales Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell innovative electrical and automation solutions, growing revenue by building strong, strategic partnerships with existing and new clients.

You are a proactive and self-driven professional who thrives in dynamic environments. You excel at building long-lasting relationships, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and have a strategic mindset that allows you to maximize sales opportunities.

What You Need to Succeed:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the electrical or industrial automation sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driving license (Category B).
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Bucharest, Ilfov, Ploiești, and Pitești areas.

What You Will Do:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue in the assigned territory.
  • Actively visit clients in the Bucharest, Ilfov, Pitești, Ploiești, Constanța, Craiova and Timișoara areas to understand their needs and present suitable technical solutions.
  • Promote the company’s product portfolio and solutions, focusing on industrial and building automation applications.
  • Nurture long-term client relationships by delivering technical consultancy and post-sales support.
  • Negotiate contracts within the agreed Delegation of Authority, ensuring beneficial terms for both the client and the company.
  • Regularly report sales progress and market trends to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and industry advancements, participating in training and professional development.
