What You’ll Bring:

  • Education: BSc or MSc in Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Experience:
    • Expertise in high-volume production of electronic products
    • Knowledge of quality standards: IATF16949, ISO9001/2015, and ISO14001
    • Background in logistics and/or production management
    • Proven skills in quality management
  • Skills & Traits:
    • Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
    • International experience working with global teams
    • A focused and reliable approach to work

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Operations: Monitor production and logistics to keep everything running smoothly
  • Ensure Quality: Control processes and maintain compliance with industry standards
  • Drive Audits: Conduct supplier and production audits to uphold excellence
  • Prevent Downtime: Manage predictive maintenance strategies
  • Inspect & Improve: Oversee incoming and outgoing inspections
  • Train Teams: Provide process training to empower staff
  • Resolve Issues: Handle customer complaints with professionalism
  • Be the Go-To: Act as the key interface at our production site
  • Track Success: Report on KPIs to drive performance
