- Education: Higher education in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Technical Expertise: Intermediate to advanced understanding of technical drawings
- Language: Intermediate to advanced English skills
- Mindset: Willingness to dive into technical fields and expand your knowledge
- Personality: Strong interpersonal skills, results-oriented, detail-focused, and client-driven
Bonus: Previous experience in a similar role is a plus!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Quality Initiatives: Drive the implementation of general and specific quality objectives to ensure top-notch excellence
- Conduct Audits: Prepare, plan, and lead internal audits to validate production starts, processes, products, and inventory
- Ensure Standards: Guarantee that products and documentation align with our system standards and international quality benchmarks
- Shape Innovation: Play a key role in product design, collaborating with the project team on feasibility studies, design validation, tooling, sampling, and production flow optimization—all while meeting quality standards
- Connect: Be the go-to contact for clients and suppliers on quality matters, ensuring clear and effective communication
