Compliance Specialist (Full-Time, Shifts)

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and responsible individual to join our compliance team. The Compliance Specialist plays a key role in ensuring that all platform accounts meet internal standards and legal requirements. This is a full-time, in office position with shift-based scheduling, including weekends. This job is NOT a remote job.

Requirements:

• Advanced English reading and writing skills (spoken English is not required for this role)
• Basic PC operating skills (full training on the dedicated compliance app will be provided)
• Availability to work in interchanging shifts (including weekends)
• Full-time schedule (8hour shifts - 2 morning shifts followed by 2 afternoon shifts followed by 2 days off / 40h per week
• Shift required (08:00 - 16:00; 16:00 - 00:00)

What You’ll Do:

As a Compliance Specialist, you will:​

• Use specialized online tools to assist in account verification and content review
• Ensure that all user accounts meet strict compliance and legal standards
• Verify that every performer is of legal age and properly documented
• Follow a detailed checklist for each review to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Handle confidential data responsibly and maintain strict confidentiality at all times—both during and outside of working hours
• Display strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured procedures
• Review and resolve tickets and complaints submitted by website users

Benefits:

• Starting NET salary: 4 000 RON

200 RON after probation period (3 months)
400 RON after 6 months
