We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruiter-HR generalist officer to join our team.
The Recruiter-HR Generalist will be responsible with one of the most important aspects of a developing organization- bringing new members into the team.
The ideal candidate possesses the ability to own the recruitment process end-to-end and will have the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting
Ability to work closely with hiring managers from different countries to identify and understand hiring needs and job specifications;
Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including screening, interviews, reference checks, and offers;
Identify and attract potential candidates by using different channels such as LinkedIn, other social media, and personal connections;
Develop a deep understanding of the candidate's experience, competencies, background, motivation, and specific fit for the role and company;
Document and report on the recruitment processes.
Human Resources
Provide HR guidance to team members and managers, setting high expectations of behaviour and performance.
Coordinate and facilitates new hire orientation and onboarding activities, including the preparation of new hire paperwork.
Coordinate and/or participate in delivering training programs for employees.
Ensure compliance with local employment and benefits laws and regulations for practices and policies.
Assist in maintaining employee records in the workforce management system.
Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including compensation, benefits, and leave
Identify and recommend ways to improve the efficiency of the department and services performed, help implement HR policies and develop standard operating procedures
Apply critical thinking to automate and reduce administrative tasks
Education & Background:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resource management, human resource hiring or related field
3+ years recruitment experience with engineering, consulting or professional services field strongly preferred. Expertise on current external recruiting policies, practices, and trends
Self-directed, organised problem solver with the ability to prioritise and meet goals and deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, sound judgement, tact and diplomacy in all communications.
Knowledge of all relevant HR laws and regulatory requirements which apply within Romanian labour law
Experience with using workforce management systems such as Rippling
Experience with using different employee benefit platforms for healthcare, meal vouchers and transportation
Strong drive to grow professionally through networking and training opportunities
Strong research and analytical skills
