RPA Developer

• Strong experience in UiPath (minimum 2-3 years of hands-on development).
• Expertise in SAP automation using UiPath, including SAP GUI automation.
• Proficiency in Excel automation using UiPath, VBA scripting, and formula automation.
• Hands-on experience with Python and PowerShell scripting for advanced automation tasks.
• Deep understanding of Dispatcher-Performer architecture and ReFramework.
• Strong experience with Orchestrator for bot scheduling, monitoring, and queue management.
• Knowledge of OCR technologies (ABBYY, Tesseract, or UiPath Document Understanding).
• Experience in working with APIs, Web Services, and database integration.
• Experience with GitHub for version control and collaboration.

• Strong experience in process discovery, analysis, and documentation.
• Ability to create PDDs, SDDs, and test cases for automation workflows.
• Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize processes.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Agile mindset with experience in working within Scrum or Agile development teams.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath automation solutions for SAP processes and Excel workflows.
• Utilize the Dispatcher-Performer architecture to optimize automation workflows.
• Implement and configure the UiPath ReFramework to ensure robust, scalable, and efficient automation.
• Develop scripts using VBA, Python, or PowerShell to enhance automation capabilities.
• Maintain and enhance existing automations to adapt to changing business needs.
• Offer first-level support for other RPA developers.

• Automate SAP processes using UiPath by interacting with SAP GUI.
• Handle complex SAP transactions, data extraction, and report generation.

• Automate Excel processes using UiPath activities and VBA scripting.
• Handle complex data manipulation, reporting, and data consolidation tasks.
• Develop and integrate Python/PowerShell scripts for additional automation functionalities.

• Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Conduct process discovery, requirement gathering, and feasibility analysis for automation initiatives.
• Document end-to-end automation workflows, including process maps and technical documentation.
• Assist in creating and maintaining Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).

• Ensure adherence to UiPath development best practices and coding standards.
• Perform unit testing and end-to-end testing to validate automation functionality.
• Work with IT teams for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of automation solutions.
• Implement exception handling and error recovery mechanisms in workflows.
• Manage version control and collaboration using GitHub.
