ABOUT THE ROLE:

At Corinthia Bucharest, our Front of House colleagues play a vital role in upholding and exceeding the standards, policies, and procedures set by Corinthia Hotels. The Porter/Doorman position is key to creating memorable first impressions and delivering a warm, genuine welcome to our guests.
This role focuses on assisting with guest arrivals and departures, managing luggage, and handling all requests with the highest level of care and professionalism. Through attention to detail, dedication to service excellence, and a commitment to product quality, the team contributes significantly to both guest experience and the hotel's overall success.

ABOUT YOU

• Previous 1-2 years proven experience working in front of house area, in a luxury hospitality environment
• Communicative level of spoken English. Any additional language is an advantage
• Keen understanding of luxury service protocols and grooming standards.
• Professional and engaging personality
• Dedicated to delivering exceptional service
• Eligible to live and work in the EU

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless welcome experience.
• Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and valet services.
• Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the hotel's entrance and lobby.
• Support the Front Office team in managing VIP arrivals and departures.
• Address guest inquiries promptly and professionally, always seeking to exceed expectations.
• Collaborate closely with Reception, Concierge, and Security teams to ensure smooth operations.
