- 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of Windows server 2012/2016/2019/2022, Hyper-V, VMware vSphere, Office 365 platform and Azure
- Strong experience with Azure technologies.
- Proficiency in system integration, troubleshooting, and debugging.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and server management.
- Experience in incident management and service desk operations.
- Ability to create and manage system documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Advanced in English (both spoken and written)

1. System Installation & Integration
· Install, configure and integrate systems and servers.
· Usage of Azure technologies to support system integration.
· Monitor and troubleshoot Azure integration platform.
2. System Maintenance & Performance Optimization
· Maintain the health of all servers, storage systems, and overall infrastructure.
· Troubleshoot and debug system issues to enhance performance and data quality.
· Test changes, improvements, and fixes before deployment.
3. Backup & Disaster Recovery
· Develop and implement data backup plans.
· Monitor, verify, and troubleshoot backup processes.
4. Incident Management & Support
· Handle incident management and service requests using the Service-Desk-Tool.
· Ensure compliance with defined service levels while managing tickets.
· Monitor and troubleshoot IT equipment and infrastructure.
5. Documentation & Knowledge Management
· Create and maintain system documentation.
· Develop visual representations of systems, inputs, and outputs.
6. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
· Stay updated with the latest software and hardware engineering principles.
· Understand integration challenges and best practices.
· Work closely with other team members across IT departments
