SITE MANAGER - FOR EUROPE PROJECTS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in the Engineering field (Constructions/Installations faculty is an advantage);
• Driving license, category B;
• Knowledge of foreign languages: English mediul level; Hungarian - will be an advantage;
• Willing to make frequent business trips, more than 95% of the time - first you will travel for Hungary sites but after depending where the company will have customers - all over Europe;
• Other Central European language is an advantage;
• Computer skills: MS Office;
• Advanced Autocad 2D;
• Analytical and Technical thinking;
• The ability to lead, to coordinate and control a team;
• Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage.

• Scheduling the works for the subordinates;
• Involves traveling in the country and abroad as delegation;
• Ensure professional work on the site and meets the deadline assigned;
• Preparing pre-orders for required materials and keeping track of available human resources;
• Assure and train the subordinate colleagues;
• Elaboration of the execution time schedules;
• Communication with the immediate superior, including reports and analysis;
• Manage the tasks entrusted to them until they are completed and handed over according to the contract;
• Participation on the weekly site meetings, and communication with the customer’s responsible representatives;
• Gives improvement proposals and innovative solutions for higher quality and streamlining processes in the company.
