What is the role about:
- Support the team in analyzing trends, identifying patterns, and deriving actionable insights from data.
- Collaborate with performance management team members to provide data-driven recommendations for decision-making.
- Work with Excel for data manipulation, reporting, and visualization.
- Document findings and present insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in maintaining and updating data models
- Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from different business units and teams.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts
- Help maintain data documentation and ensure proper data governance practices are followed.
- Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data analysis tasks.
What we are looking for:
- Ongoing studies in Economics or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with data analysis and statistical tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data processing.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies in the data analytics field.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
