The role involves managing the company's complete accounting operations and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CECCAR certification.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting.
• Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software (e.g., SAP, SAGA, etc.).
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of Romanian tax and accounting legislation.
• Personal Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to analyze and solve problems, effective communication.
• Other Requirements: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize tasks.

Job Description:

• Manage the entire accounting process of the company, including transaction journalization, account reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with current tax and accounting regulations.
• Prepare and present periodic financial reports to management.
• Coordinate and supervise the accounting team.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.
• Perform financial analysis and report results to management.
• Optimize accounting processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Advise management on the financial impact of business decisions.
