Your daily activity in the Calarasi location with physical presence:
Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Identify and diagnose problems with Windows operating systems, MS Office 365 suite, and other internal applications.
Configure Devices: Set up and configure laptops, desktops and mobile devices (IOS and Android) for corporate use.
Customer Support: Provide expert support to users, communicating complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Issue Management: Log, track, and resolve IT tickets efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
