Customer Order Administrator (24 months), Cluj-Napoca

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, resolving customer enquiries and keeping customers informed, via e-mail and telephone, of the status of their orders in a timely and constant manner.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities will be:
* To accurately and timely enter assigned orders into the ERP system;
* To manage a dedicated portfolio of clients and address any issues reported by them;
* To maintain communication via email with internal/external clients to ensure that order information is managed correctly;
* To submit the necessary documentation to the Documentation Controlling department and ensure that the documentation is delivered to the client on time and is complete;
* To perform data management activities within the system;
* To prepare, when necessary, documents for inspections.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* University degree or equivalent experience and 1 year of professional working experience in an administrative or customer support;
* Languages: English advanced level
* PC skills: MS Office, Internet
* Ability to organize workload and multitasking
* Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
* Knowledge in use of spreadsheets, database, word processing and selected job specific software
* Ability to handle several tasks and juggle multiple priorities
* Previous experience in a matrix organization;
