We are KID-MAN AID SRL, the company behind the Kid-Man® brand. As a medical device supplier, we develop and
deliver Kid-Man® branded medical products tailored to the needs of Romanian businesses—working closely with
our clients and growing together.
We are currently looking for a new team member to join us as a Sales Representative, responsible for covering the
western region of Romania.
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 3 years of active sales experience, ideally in B2B or medical product sales (medical field experience
is a strong advantage).
• Fluent in Romanian, with good proficiency in English.
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Dynamics CRM.
• Valid Category B driving license.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive and persistent approach to business development.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Higher education, ideally related to business, sales, or healthcare.
• Solid background in medical product sales.
• Well-organized, efficient in time management, and a reliable team player.

• Keep accurate client records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Submit weekly updates on visits and sales results to your manager.

Being proud of the fact that our communication is based on human values, we are also proud to be able to supply over 300 different products from the stock. Orders are prepared for shipment within 1-2 days and the solution for transportation is made on request.
