We are currently looking for a proactive and business-minded Sales Manager to join our team in Bucharest. If you are a true “hunter” who enjoys building strong client relationships and providing customized solutions across a broad service portfolio, this is your chance to make an impact in a growing market.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in facility management, property management, real estate or manufacturing industry.
Understanding of facility management services and solutions.
Comfortable working with calculations, service pricing, and offer structures.
Ability to negotiate effectively with both clients and suppliers.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and close deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A proactive, "hunter" mindset with a passion for closing deals and growing business.
Romanian (at native level) and English at a professional working level (cooperation within international sales team)

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and engage potential clients.
Understand client needs and challenges across various industries (office, retail, industrial, etc.).
Propose and sell tailor-made integrated facility management solutions.
Coordinate with internal experts to prepare complex offers.
Lead the entire sales cycle — from first contact to contract signing.
Build long-term partnerships based on trust, service quality, and results.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status and market insights.
Calculate proposals and pricing in coordination with internal teams.
Negotiate with suppliers and clients to ensure competitive offers and business win-wins.
Optionally specialize over time in a specific service area (e.g., cleaning or technical maintenance), depending on your strengths and client base.
