Very good knowledge of Romanian labor law;
Good work experience with Excel and Word;
Previous experience (3+ years) as HR admin;
Medium to advanced English skills.

Good to have experience in working with non-EU employees and IGI (immigration office);
Previous HR work experience in a company with 1000+ employees;
Attention to detail and accuracy, highly organized;
High accountability;
Ability to work on own initiative and also contribute in a team environment.
These will be the main objectives and areas of responsibility:
Creating and registering all employment related documents: employment contract, addendums, job description, termination documents, maternity leaves, requested certificates etc. as per current legislation and company policies;
Providing guidance and support to employees on administrative employee issues;
Resolving routine HR requests and/or escalates them as needed;
Creating, organizing, maintaining up to date and archiving personnel records;
Updating Charisma with requested information (employee related and cost centers) and provide different reports from the database;
Providing payroll department with information and employee documents;
Ensuring verifications of documents and database accuracy;
Managing disciplinary investigations;
Managing job redundancy process;
Handling relation with ITM and IGI.
The way of working is hybrid, with 2-3 days/week at the office.
