We're looking for someone who truly knows their way around Shopify—not just someone who installed a theme once, but someone who genuinely enjoys tweaking, optimizing, and solving puzzles within Shopify stores.
Here's what we're after:
Shopify customization: You should feel super comfortable customizing themes, tweaking product pages, collections, navigation, and generally making things look awesome.
Apps & integrations: Knowing which apps really add value and how to integrate them seamlessly is key. Experience with apps like Klaviyo, Judge.me, PushOwl, or Smile.io is a plus, but we're also open to your pro recommendations!
Optimization & Performance: Whether it's improving site speed, checkout enhancements, mobile responsiveness, or conversion rate boosts, we want someone who genuinely enjoys optimizing Shopify performance.
Troubleshooting & Support: Occasionally, things break or behave strangely—we need someone calm and capable who can diagnose and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

We are a team of 33 people. We all work remotely, mostly from Romania, but also from Denmark, the UK and we have collaborators in South America and Asia. The work we're doing varies greatly, from Store Management Tasks (day-to-day catalog work, optimization, and maintenance), to Online Marketing Tasks (Email, Digital, and Social) to App Development (Public Shopify Apps to be more precise), to Consulting Services. Our clients vary from small businesses (sales up to $2mil/year) to multinational corporations.
