Community Liaison Officer will be responsible for overseeing operational efficiency, customer relations, and service innovation. This is a cross-functional leadership role that demands strategic thinking, empathy, and a strong service orientation.

- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across Admissions, Office, Debt Collection, and Concierge Services.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between internal departments, teaching staff, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on departmental KPIs, family satisfaction metrics, and service performance.
- Cultivate a proactive, solutions-focused culture with high accountability and professionalism.
Communication & Relationship Management
- Act as a central point of contact for parents and families, ensuring timely and effective communication across all touchpoints.
- Resolve complaints and inquiries with a client-service mindset, always aiming for excellence in parent satisfaction.
- Ensure consistency in communication tone and content across departments.
Admissions & Enrollment Strategy
- Oversee the entire admissions cycle: inquiry handling, tours, enrollment, and re-enrollment.
- Guide prospective families with clarity, empathy, and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression of BSB.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and enhance the admissions journey.
Debt Collection Oversight
- Lead the collection process for overdue tuition and other fees, balancing firmness with tact.
- Coordinate with the Finance department to implement effective follow-up procedures.
- Minimise financial risk by maintaining transparent records and proactive communication.
Concierge & Friends of BSB Services
- Oversee the Friends of BSB activities, offering concierge-style services: event bookings, parent gatherings, cultural outings, and more.
- Create memorable, value-added experiences that build community and loyalty among families.
- Coordinate logistics for parent events, educational trips, and other special services.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in leadership roles, preferably in client service, operations, or education administration.
- Skills: Outstanding leadership, organizational, and communication abilities. Adept at multitasking and resolving complex service challenges.
- Tools: Comfortable using project management, CRM, and reporting platforms.
- Mindset: Service-oriented, emotionally intelligent, strategic, and highly adaptable.
- Great communication skills in romanian and english
