As an Electroenergetic System Engineer with Site Manager Responsibilities you will support our growing portfolio of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electroenergetic systems and the ability to oversee site operations, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from planning through to completion. You will work closely with our engineering teams and contractors to ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality specifications. This role is expected to transition into an Area Operations Manager position within 3–5 years, following the completion and commissioning of the photovoltaic parks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the technical aspects of site installations;
- Oversee site operations, coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders;
- Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards;
- Conduct site assessments, risk analyses, and troubleshooting for system performance;
- Provide technical support during project execution and installation, and during the commissioning, ensuring timelines are met and quality standards maintained;
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders;
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and monitor resource allocation on-site;
- Coordinate safety measures and manage site safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment;
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the company’s electroenergetic systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Electroenergetic Systems;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the electroenergetic systems sector, with at least 2 years in a site management role (experience with renewable energy systems and green technologies – photovoltaic park projects);
- Strong understanding of electrical design principles, system integration, and performance optimization;
- Experience with site management, including project planning, scheduling, and team coordination;
- Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and codes related to electroenergetic systems;
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills;
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (AutoCAD, MS Project);
- Language skills: English – advanced.
Type of contract: indefinite period (3-month probationary period).
