Transport Services Assistant

Higher education Previous experience in similar roles;
Knowledge and experience operating computer programs;
Excellent organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail;
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
Results-oriented and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
Ensuring the procurement of freight transport services and the timely delivery of deliveries;
Efficient planning and coordination of road freight transport activities, ensuring compliance with established deadlines and budgets;
Managing transport service providers, to ensure their compliance with safety rules and legislation in force;
Monitoring and optimizing transport routes, to ensure operational efficiency and cost reduction;
Coordinating the flow of information to and from clients and the departments involved to streamline freight transport;
Ensuring correct operation in the document flow management system and timely communication of changes to all stakeholders;
Monitoring and reporting operational results, identifying and implementing corrective measures when necessary.
Ensuring compliance with legal provisions in relations with state institutions and contractual ones in relations with partners.
