Descrierea jobului

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the school office by welcoming students, parents, staff, and visitors with professionalism and warmth. Ensure all visitors sign in and follow proper protocols for building access and safety.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls to appropriate personnel, and take accurate messages. Respond promptly to email and in-person inquiries, ensuring that information is communicated clearly and confidentially.
  • Assist students with late arrivals, early dismissals, and general office needs. Support parents by providing information about school schedules, attendance policies, school events, and other routine matters.
  • Perform a variety of clerical tasks including filing, scanning, photocopying, and distributing internal communications. Prepare letters, notices, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records using school management systems. Enter enrollment, contact, health, and academic information with attention to detail and data privacy.
  • Schedule appointments for meetings with staff, administrators, or counselors. Help coordinate parent-teacher meetings.
  • Follow school procedures for handling student illnesses, injuries, or crisis situations, including contacting parents or emergency services if necessary.
  • Work closely with administrators, teachers, and other school personnel to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive school environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive student and staff information at all times. Adhere to school d policies and health/safety procedures.
  • Serve as a point of contact for parents regarding trip details, payments, deadlines, and necessary documentation. Ensure timely distribution of trip information and reminders.
  • Ensure all necessary forms (e.g., permission slips, medical forms) are completed and collected before trips.
