We're seeking a Manager Assistant to join our dynamic team, focusing on administrative data for optimized shopping center’s performance and strategic partnerships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drafting and transmission of new lease contracts/extension addenda.
Drafting notifications for different contractors, tenants and suppliers; ︁lease contracts and transmission of reports to management;
Tracking contracts and their renewal;
Correspondence (awb preparation, centralization of all submitted documents, etc.)
Management of administrative contracts (extension, new contracts, modification of prices/conditions) – stationery, protocol, drinking water supply, correspondence, IT services;
Introduction of administrative contracts/invoices in the Job Router management program;
Weekly supply of protocol products from the hypermarket present in the shopping center;
Daily correspondence and at the request of colleagues with the tenants of the shopping center (transmission of information, addresses, notifications);
Management of approval/rejection of tenants requests in collaboration with the Info Desk);
Preparation and support for various reports (leasing, legal);
Litigation Report;
Centralization of complaints regarding the shopping center;
Provision of documents necessary for authorization for tenants;
Organization of trips for colleagues.
Centralization of commercial space/islands lease requests.
Support for the entire team by providing various information (tenant contact tables, contractual clauses, internal regulations, etc.)
