The laboratory Chief has the responsibilities, working closely with the Laboratory Coordinator, of: training and implementing the Quality Management System of the Laboratory; ensuring compliance with all the reference technical standards for testing activities (European and Romanian Norms, Technical Specifications of the Project, Health, Safety and Environment Regulations; analysing test results and taking corrective actions when necessary; monitoring of the timely implementation of measures following inspections; checking test reports and technical documents for accuracy and compliance.
