For our client, the largest integrated energy company in South-Eastern Europe coming from the Oil&Gas Industry, we are looking for a Materials Planner & Acquisitions Support Specialist, in Pitesti.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in a technical field (ideally in Mechanical / Petroleum or Electrical Engineering);
2-3 years of experience on a similar role (Maintenance Contract Management / Material Planning / Procurement Department Support);
Good working knowledge in SAP system;
Intermediate level of English.
Good understanding of maintenance and logistics activities at all levels;
Knowledge about electrical/ mechanical parts- advantage.

Responsibilities:

Acting as an interface between Asset/ Team Leader Maintenance and internal departments (purchasing/ demand);
Checking in SAP the orders and the existence of contracts for materials;
Keeping the track of orders and delivery terms;
Identifying service needs that are not covered in existing contracts and signalling to the purchasing department;
Managing/ monitoring the implementation of contracts and acting as contact between Asset and contractors;
Proposing the budget on contracts with third parties;
Checking, evaluating and reporting qualitative and quantitative implementation of contracts working in the Asset ;
Ensuring optimised use of resources and continuous improvement of service delivery through the development of maintenance and logistics management system of contracts, materials and equipment, allocation and motivating staff and external contractors;
Providing support in developing HSSE principles of maintenance and logistics activity;
Monitoring the development and timely delivery of all reports required.
